An Introduction to Physical Intelligence
Is living in the 21st century playing havoc with our minds? Are we on autopilot, reacting rather than managing our lives? Are our patterns of behavior, whether instilled or created, influencing and even blocking our ability to reach our goals?A way out of the “mental madness” of living in an age of personal and professional demands brought on by lifestyle and technology can be had by understanding the mental process – how we think and do things – and learning how to either adapt or modify. It was after years of extensive study that co-author Daniel Johnson changed his life from curing his dyslexia to transforming his “way-of-being.” Martina Wagner gained her “mind mastery” working with Daniel, and together they created the 7MINDS program, launching a learning platform based on the Phẏsical Intelligence Paradigm. In the book, the basic concepts of Phẏsical Intelligence are explored as well as the importance and effect PI has on our mental performance, clarity of thought, balance, emotional health, and actions. Make the choice to access and take control of your mental power to live the life you dreamed and deserve!

Completing the Intelligence Circle - A Must Read!
Dr. Wagner's book and her thoughts on Physical Intelligence really connected with me on a visceral level. These days we hear much about Mindfulness, Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and of course what many of us were brought up with IQ (raw intellect for lack of a better definition), but it always seemed to me that there was a missing element explaining why some people "have their act together" while others who seemed to have higher IQs were lost or lacked direction, self-confidence or adaptability. Dr. Wagner weaves together a cohesive theory that explains how some are seemingly unflappable, creative, self-aware, and seem to be infinitely adaptable to all situations. Training the mind by training the body and focusing that power to regulate and free both your mind and your emotions just works. None of us is strictly a mental entity, an emotional entity, or even a physical entity ... we are all three. Dr. Wagner's approach just makes sense! Please do yourself a favor, read this book, take it to heart, and try to integrate the thought processes and approaches into your daily life ... you will not regret it at all.

I believe that it's vitally important to know about and understand physical intelligence
This is an excellent and well-written book throughly describing physical intelligence, distinguishing it from other forms of intelligence. It is beneficial to our functioning to understand this driving force in ourselves, evidenced in our own lives, and in the lives of others we interact with. The concept of being centered is introduced, examined and explained as a way to harness our physical intelligence in our daily lives. The authors present these concepts in a practical way and I have heard that an online course for this practice will be forthcoming.

Thought Provoking
Excellent read! This book allowed me to shine a light to the areas of my mental and emotional patterns that I didn't know even existed. It allowed me to take a clearer look into who I was and then take steps to become closer to who I wanted to be.
