Self-awareness is critical to understanding where you are and what changes are necessary to make progress towards your goals. Change can be challenging. Habitual thinking patterns and feelings can get in the way.
We often stand in our way of making progress without realizing it.
The cognitive learning style commonly used to teach how to make changes and learn new skills is not always effective in helping make lasting improvements. You soon revert to your old way of doing things. That is because the cognitive mind does not have much control over patterns - our habitual ways of thinking and feeling.
The most effective way to control our state of mind, thinking, and behavior and achieve the results we want is to access our most fundamental intelligence, Physical Intelligence. Physical intelligence allows us to control our thinking and emotions, enabling us to achieve sustainable and lasting changes that become the foundation for new skills and competencies.

What is Physical Intelligence?

One of the mysteries of the human mind we are only beginning to delve into is the relationship between thought and movement–how our brains and bodies relate to one another. That our physical bodies’ journey through space profoundly affects our thinking is not in question. What is uncertain so far is what effects there are and to what extent we can become aware of the links and optimize them. Physical Intelligence, our most fundamental intelligence residing in the subconscious, is a key driver in the relationship between mind and body. Special tools, which we refer to as Physical Intelligence techniques, allow us to tap into the landscape of patterns in the subconscious to understand this subtle relationship and to make profound and life-altering changes.
