Martina Wagner, PhD, ACC
Founder, ArtesHumanis — Architect of the Physical Intelligence Framework
Scientist · Executive Coach · Emotional Intelligence Practitioner · Longevity Coach · Taoist Master
For more than two decades, Dr. Wagner has explored a question that sits at the intersection of neuroscience, leadership, human development, and contemplative practice: why do people continue to repeat patterns that limit what is possible, even when they know better?
Before founding ArtesHumanis, Dr. Wagner held senior leadership roles across the healthcare and life sciences industries, where she witnessed firsthand the impact that stress, patterns, and human capacity have on performance, wellbeing, decision-making, and leadership effectiveness. These experiences sparked a deeper exploration into why some individuals thrive under pressure while others remain constrained by recurring patterns despite knowledge, experience, and good intentions.
Her search for answers led to advanced study in neuroscience, emotional intelligence, executive coaching, Taoist cultivation practices, longevity science, and human development. An ICF Certified Executive Coach, Certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, and certified Longevity Coach, Dr. Wagner spent years integrating insights from science, leadership, health, and contemplative traditions into a practical framework for human development.
Drawing upon decades of leadership experience, scientific inquiry, executive coaching, emotional intelligence, longevity science, and the teachings of Taoist Grand Master Johnson, Dr. Wagner architected the Physical Intelligence Framework — an integrative system designed to help individuals recognize limiting patterns, develop essential capacities, and unlock new possibilities for growth, wellbeing, and performance.
Physical Intelligence emerged from the recognition that lasting change does not occur simply through insight, information, or willpower. Human experience is shaped by patterns expressed throughout the interconnected systems of mind and body. By learning to recognize and transform these patterns, individuals can develop the capacities that support greater clarity, resilience, wellbeing, leadership effectiveness, cognitive vitality, and fulfillment.
Today, Dr. Wagner works with individuals, leaders, and organizations through Humanis Leadership™, BrainVitality360™, Sialira™, and the broader ArtesHumanis ecosystem — helping people navigate the challenges of modern life while building the foundations for long-term wellbeing, effectiveness, vitality, and longevity. Her work bridges scientific rigor and practical application, making complex insights accessible and actionable in everyday life.
