  • Step away from the noise of daily life and immerse yourself in the quiet intelligence of the redwoods. This full-day immersive experience is designed to help you reset your nervous system, restore your focus, and reconnect with a deeper level of awareness—through breath, movement, and direct experience in nature. Surrounded by the towering presence of coast redwood forests, you will learn how to access and train your Physical Intelligence—the body-based system that regulates your thoughts, emotions, and mental clarity. Throughout the day, you will be guided through: - Foundational breathwork to regulate your internal state - Qi Gong-based moving meditations to stabilize attention and reduce mental noise - Practices that develop focus, balance, and emotional control - Experiential exercises to connect with the natural energy of the redwoods You will also gain insight into the science behind why this environment is so powerful: - How the color green supports nervous system regulation - How forest environments influence brain function and stress levels - The role of plant-released compounds (phytoncides) in promoting calm and well-being This is not just a retreat from stress. What you'll Experience

To learn about the power of your Physical Intelligence we use the approach of experiencing how it communicated with us and guides us. We'll use a number of techniques that gently guide you to new insights about yourself and lead to a state of deep relaxation and peace. - Guided breathwork sessions - Physical Intelligence moving meditations - Focus and attention training - Nature immersion practices - Connection exercises with the surrounding environment You'll learn practical tools you can apply in your day-to-day routine immediately to manage stress in real time and gain greater control over your attention and focus.
